Dungeon rewards mis-distributing

    Ran two cow parties where the drops wouldn't split between the characters, Some getting no drops at all, while others get more than one.
    To add for each run the party drops were set to sequential. There were indeed 8 chests for the 8 players, just mis-distributed.
    First Cow - ~Ronblade~Megumi, SisterJ, Emerald. Souei, mamazou, Aurelia and BUFFZ4U

    Had to ask Buffz to go back for a screenshot, and screenshot below of me receiving multiple rewards.


    Run two, Just the same sequential add, some getting multi drops, others getting none at all. It is ONLY the drops that we're not getting, we all got tokens from the runs.

    Another day, another tiger, another time chest rewards did not distribute correctly. This was 9-10-2023, 8:35pm Server Time.

    Party members were: Erulisse (got 3 drops for 1 run), BeeDino, Riesz, LordPewPew, bricktop, Nian, Alanalynn.

    Party distribution was set to sequential.

    Grixxie I have compensated your party here, however in the future I may not be able to do so with the lacking information that was posted here. If you need a friend to get access to their chat log to retrieve the necessary information which I will state below, please do so. Please read below to see which information we will require to ensure compensation rewards are not abused via reports.



    For any bugged dungeon runs, please include the following to ensure we can compensate your party accordingly:

    • Date and Time (in server time)
    • Screenshot including the following in chat:
      • [Notice] Congratulations on defeating....
      • Multiple lines showing a party member receiving multiple rewards. The more you include here the better!
        • If you need to, coordinate with party members to submit the screenshot necessary here if yours lacks the requested information!
      • Line showing party disbanded (nice to have, not necessary).
    • A LEGIBLE Screenshot of your party!
      • This is important. In the above, I found a typo in a characters name that was written out. This is to ensure we grant the correct player the compensation deserved.
    • A written out list of each party member's name please! (Optional but our GM Team will appreciate you as this saves us a lot of time)

    deeteek Please include any screenshots you can from this bugged run with the following information I've requested in my previous message post in this thread. The other party which I have compensated with some lacking information was at least able to provide me proof of the party and the chat lacking any rewards distributed.

    9-11-2023 Tiger Parties


    Tiger Party #1: Run 3 and 4 of 1st party glitched on drops.

    Time: 8:28pm Server Time.

    Party Members: Erulisse, Roze, LordPewPew, ElaineB, SmexyPixy, Lord_Mew, BrickTop, BeeDino.

    (I, Erulisse, do not need compensation since I got multiple drops each time.)

    (Mango needs no compensation since multiple drops were received.)

    We had issues 9/12 in both Liz and Cow:

    Cow: (these are the only ss I could gather from myself and others) - Bug out occurred in 2 of the runs

    Liz: (these are the only ss I could gather from myself and others) Bug out occurred in 2 of the runs


    Separate issue Cow pt on 9/10 on liz party: but out occurred in 2 runs but was able to get this one ss.


    I also noticed that most of the time if you enter the dungeon WITHOUT setting party settings for distributing or exp the dgn drops do not bug out as much or often BUT if they are set outside when re-making the parties they do tend to bug out more often than not. Hope this helps and thanks!

    9-12-2023 Tiger Dungeon, Runs 1 and 2.

    1st run I adjusted distribution to sequential before entering the dungeon. 2nd run I believe I adjusted to sequential once inside dungeon, but I can't be sure. A lot going on between getting screenshots, re-forming party, getting complaints that I'm being a hoarder.... LOL (My party mates were kidding).
