Hi my char: wreckit also have this bug. A new companion (1) shows as complete but can't redo it or move on to (2) part. Thank you in advance for looking into it.

1st monster investigation quest counter is also bugged, it stopped at 90 even if I killed more mobs.
IN the 1st quest of shen zhen maps
Kill 100 shen zhen monsters to help with investigation: I noticed my counter go from 100-> 99-> 98 -> 99
My counter doesnt go down
I deleted the quest and restarted it. That fixed it for me
