  • こんばんは。４次転職クエストを受けてクエストを進めていたのですが、転職クエストが進まないと勘違いしてクエスト削除してしまいました。再度、転職クエストを受けてもクエストが表示されず、転職クエストが受けれない事態になっています。キャラ名は｢babi｣です。お忙しい中、お手数をおかけしますがご対応していただけないでしょうか。

  • 先日は転職クエスト不具合を対応いただき、有難う御座いました。もう１つ確認したいことがあります。みどりスパのクエストでHI HEAT BOULDERに話してToasty Rockを持っていくというクエストですが、NPCに話かけても何ももらえませんでした。不具合なのか私のやり方がおかしいのか、確認していただけないでしょうか。

      1: 現在のクエスト一覧 (alt + q で確認できます)

      2: npc 話しかけた時にどのようなメッセージが出ましたか?

    • ご迷惑をおかけしました。ごめんなさい。私のやり方に問題がありました。温泉でバフを受けてからクエストを進行する必要がありました。私がそれをやっていませんでした。解決しました。

  • お疲れ様です。日本語で説明できる場があって良かったです。キャラクター名は「champ」ローグへの転職で装備を買って渡したところでエラーになりました。宿屋に預けてもダメだったのでクエストアイテムを削除しもう一度クエストを受けなおそうとしたところ、受けれない事態になってます。お手数ですが対応していただければ幸いです。

      1: エラーになったというのは、具体的に何が起きたのか(記憶の範囲で構いません)

      2: 宿屋に預けたのは、買った装備品ですか?

      3: クエストを受けれない状態というのは、具体的にどういう状態でしょうか。

      何卒宜しくお願い致します。下記回答になります。

      １．買った装備を渡した時に、エラーメッセージが出ました。アイテム欄にはクエストアイテム（玉のようなもの）が追加されていましたが、その次の工程のNPCに話かけてもクエストの進行がありませんでした。

      ２．宿屋に預けてみたのは、玉のようなクエストアイテムです。所持していなければ再度クエストを受けられると考えたからです。それでもダメでしたので、クエストアイテムは削除しました。

      ３．クエストアイテムも削除し、再度受けようとすると３種の血を集めるメッセージはNPCから出ますが、クエスト欄にクエストが追加されていません。また、血を3種持って言って話しても、話を聞いてませんでしたみたいなことをＮＰＣから言われます。

      クエスト一覧からクラスチェンジのクエストは削除されましたか?

      クエストをやり直される場合、もともとあったクエストを一覧から削除する必要があります。


      Did you delete the quest from the quest list? To take the quest again from the beginning, you need to have the original quest deleted from the list.
